Free Online Meeting Room with Whiteboard
I get asked a lot if I know of a website that offers a meeting room or Whiteboard software fro free.
Acrobat.com does just that and SO MUCH more!
You and 3 friends and meet online and colaborate on projects. You can open a file and use the white board to annotate it and then save the whole thing as a PNG so you can finish the project, oh and you can do it FREE!
For those that believe there is no such thing as a free lunch, the catch is that you will fall in love with the service and will want to upgrade… they have services starting at $0.32/minute/user or $375/month
This is SO much better than WebEx because it uses Flash Player, which is installed in over 90% of the computers connected to the internet, so that means there is nothing else to install and therefore less things to not work.
I have used both and honestly I don’t see why anyone would choose WebEx after they have used Adobe Connect. WebEx is cheaper at first look but then you find out you need an annual comitment, and you are limited on the number of users you can have at a time.
Even Hillary Clinton and Barrack Obama use Adobe Connect!
